AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS All orders for items are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of equal or higher quality and value that you can order.

While we will use our reasonable endeavors to process all the orders submitted to us, there may be exceptional circumstances that mean that we may need to refuse to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. We will not be liable to you or any other third party because of our withdrawing any item from this website, removing or editing any materials or content on this website, or refusing to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an Order Confirmation.
DELIVERY Subject to availability (as mentioned above), and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for items listed in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation.
EXCHANGES
- You can request an exchange/return only through email. at info@leyaboutique.com.
- All products to be exchanged/returned must be returned in their original packaging within 3 days from the date of purchase. (Product should be in its original condition)
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- For the return you will be charged with a AED 25.00 return fee.
- Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.
- The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
